About Graphwit Consulting

Founder and owner of Graphic Witness and Graphwit Consulting, Lee Wilson, began in 1983 with a limited-edition print series, Birth, Death and Resurrection. From 1984 to 1987, Wilson worked in advertising at an agency in Hopkinsville, KY and later Bowling Green, KY. During this time, Mr. Wilson pioneered the use of the Apple Macintosh for electronic design and advertising.

From 1987 to 1992, Wilson worked at the Baptist Sunday School Board of the Southern Baptist Convention (now Lifeway Christian Resources) in Nashville, Tennessee as an Artist/Designer and later as Computer Graphics Specialist. During his time at the BSSB, he promoted the transformation of their electronic layout system from ATEX (a proprietary newspaper system) to Quark XPress and the Macintosh. Also during this time, Wilson began building a freelance business in design, advertising, 3D illustration, and multimedia under the Graphic Witness name.

In 1990, a major client, La Cie, Ltd. (a hard drive direct marketer for the Mac) was landed. Graphic Witness began creating ads for the La Cie Silverscanner which ran in publications like MacWorld, MacUser and MacWeek. Eventually Graphic Witness was handling all the advertising creative work for La Cie, including print and digital catalogs, and 8-page spread ads, as well as presenting demos of the Silverscanner at trade shows like the MacWorld Expo.

Graphic Witness became a full-time business in 1992 and was incorporated the following year. Since then, Graphic Witness has produced a variety of creative work for clients including package design, book covers, ad campaigns, catalogs, interactive multimedia on disk and CD-ROM, and most recently, internet web sites.

In 1997, Graphic Witness, Inc. became Graphwit Consulting; a new, streamlined company that is more committed than ever to delivering the highest quality design services through using high technology.

In October 2001, soon after the September 11th event, Graphwit Consulting created the America Rocks!(tm) logo and associated product designs. See the America Rocks! web site for more information.

Also in late 2002, Lee Wilson and his new bride Cara began EdenEarth Natural Living Institute. See the EdenEarth web site for more information.

In October of 2003, Lee began working for Nashville State Community College as a web designer and media consultant for a National Science Foundation funded project concerning Problem-based Case Studies as a means of teaching technical concepts.

In 2005, Lee started Graphwit Hosting Services, a one-stop shop for web hosting, design and maintenance. With our own dedicated server located at a major data center in the U.S.A., we only host web sites that we design and maintain.

In 2006, Lee and Cara discovered Oasis/Univera LifeSciences. After experiencing the life changing health benefits of their natural products, we decided to promote the products ourselves. Find out more by visiting our Oasis/Univera web site.

Graphwit Consulting and its related endeavors are dedicated to quality and excellence in all aspects of work and continue to pursue that goal.
